In a display of leadership and compassion towards the people, all citizens of Mexico will be granted access to health services through a process that begins this year
By presidential decree, President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo stated that the goal is to guarantee any citizen the right to gain full and free health services throughout the national system.
Meanwhile in California, the world’s 4th largest economy in the world (Mexico is 16th), there are indications that the trifecta Democratic Party supermajority is maneuvering to prevent so much as a PUBLIC HEARING about the latest healthcare-for-all policy framework bill, AB 1900/CalCare as they continue to move rightward to serve their private insurance corporate donors rather than the people of the state.
Call your CA State Assembly member and tell them that if a country with an economy that 12 ranks below ours in size can deliver healthcare to all, Democrats can do the same here!
